水化热抑制剂对大体积混凝土性能的影响研究

         

摘要

将两种不同品种水化热抑制剂用于大体积混凝土中,模拟研究实际生产中不同掺量的水化热抑制剂对大体积混凝土绝热温升、最高温度、力学性能及工作性能的影响,结果表明与空白试件对比,两种水化热抑制剂不同掺量条件下都能在一定程度上降低混凝土的绝热温升,对大体积混凝土的内部最高温度及裂缝控制起积极作用;随水化热抑制剂掺量增加,早期强度对比空白样品偏低,但28d及60d强度稍有增长.%In this paper, two different types of hydration heat inhibitors are used in mass concrete. The effects of different dosage of hydration heat inhibitors on adiabatic temperature rise, maximum temperature, mechanical property and performance of mass concrete are simulated. The results showed:compared with blank test, under the condition of different proportion of two kinds of heat of hydration inhibitors are to a certain extent reduce the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete, the highest temperature in mass concrete and the crack control played a positive role; in terms of mechanical properties, with the addition of hydration heat inhibitor, the early strength compared with the blank sample was low, but the 28d strength and 60d strength were slightly increased.
