With the aid of DEA-Malmquist index analysis, the paper has analysed the input-output efficiency of science and technology of the New Silk Road Economic Zone.The New Silk Road Economic Zone is export-ori-ented economy, used the high-tech industries delivery value as single indicator,to research the export efficiency of science and technology.Results show that: the input-output efficiency of science and technology of the New Silk Road Economic Zone is rising on the whole;backward technology management system hinders the TFPC' s promo-tion;there are significant differences in the efficiency of the provinces;there' s progress space on the efficiency of science and technology of the New Silk Road Economic Zone.%采用DEA-Malmquist指数方法对中国新丝绸之路经济带的科技投入产出效率进行了测度及分解. 此外,由于新丝绸之路经济带属于外向型经济,为考察科技投入的出口效率,以高技术产业出口交货值为单一产出指标进行了分析. 结果表明:中国新丝绸之路经济带的科技效率总体上是上升的,但科技管理水平的滞后阻碍了全要素生产率指数( TFPC)的提升,沿线各省份的科技效率存在显著差异,中国新丝绸之路经济带的科技出口效率仍存在提高空间.
