Our world has demonstrated to he extremely vulnerable.Numerous humanitarian missions in developing countries have revealed the monstrous devastation caused by tropical diseases and malnutrition.Paradoxically,the people in charge of the political decisions always seem to be far from recognizing this situation when facing the monstrous dose of reality of the transmissible diseases that have predilection for the people in disadvantage.
