Through the existing wiper problems from various vehicle types, the early rated input condition, design analysis and verification method in the development of automotive wiper are discussed from a practical perspective in this article. Meanwhile, the practical application in the vehicle model development is briefly described.%从实用角度入手，通过目前市场上各车型刮水器存在的问题，论述了汽车刮水器在开发过程中前期的额定输入条件、设计分析及验证方法等，并且简述目前在车型开发中的实际应用情况。
