白车身模态试验与模态仿真对标研究

         

摘要

Modal test was carried out by using LMS testing equipments. Modal simulation of BIW was simulated with CAE technology. Comparing the results of modal test and modal simulation, the measure points distribution of modal test had influence on modal identification, welding spots layout and position of roof strengthen beam had bigger influence on modal simulation. The advice during modal test and modal simulation was proposed.%利用LMS测试设备进行了白车身模态试验,应用CAE分析技术进行了白车身模态仿真。对比模态试验与模态仿真结果,提出模态试验中测点分布对模态试验结果识别有影响,模态仿真中焊点布局、顶盖加强梁位置对模态仿真的影响较大,给出了模态试验和模态仿真过程中的建议。
