Disadvantages of the existing transient stability analysis methods are discussed first.The control strategy and transient stability analysis model of three typical flexible AC transmission system(FACTS) devices are then developed.Based on probabilistic risk assessment theory,the Monte-Carlo simulation is used to evaluate the system transient instability risks with and without FACTS devices while considering several random factors.Generation shedding risk is used as the index in the proposed method of optimally selecting appropriate FACTS device locations and types.The effect of several random factors on FACTS devices impacts is studied.Simulation results of the RTS79 system show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.%分析了现有暂态稳定分析方法的缺点,建立了3种典型的柔性交流输电系统设备的控制策略和暂态稳定分析模型。基于概率风险评估理论,在考虑各种随机因素的前提下,采用蒙特卡洛仿真方法对加入柔性交流输电系统设备前后的系统暂态失稳风险进行了评估。以切机风险为指标,给出了柔性交流输电系统设备安装位置的选择方法,对柔性交流输电系统中不同类型的设备配置效果进行了比较。分析了各种随机因素对柔性交流输电系统设备效果的影响。RTS79系统的仿真结果证明了所提出的模型和算法的有效性。
