一种高精度可调标准电压源的设计

         

摘要

A high accuracy adjustable standard voltage reference is proposed to solve the problem that high accuracy standard voltage source lacks the function of adjusting and controlling voltage. Through adopting the technologies of high stability voltage reference, double-channel PWM closed-loop voltage control and double DAC programmable voltage output, the high accuracy adjustable standard voltage output can be realized. With the output range of 0V-10V and resolution of lμV, the experiment result shows the output error is below ±(10ppm+10μ V) . It meets the design requirements. This proposal has high application and popularization value.%针对高精度标准电压源缺乏电压可调、可控功能,本文提出一种高精度可调标准电压源方案。通过采用高稳定度基准电压源、双通道PWM闭环电压调节和双DAC可编程电压输出技术,实现高精度标准电压可调节输出。输出范围OV-1OV,分辨率1μV。实测结果表明输出误差低于士(10×10^-6+10μV),满足设计要求。
