基于MatLab和STM32F103的12导联ECG信号采集系统设计

         

摘要

Directing at regular twelve leads,a ECG signal sampling system based on MatLab and STM32F103 is proposed.This system is composed of sampling front-end and upper computer software.The sampling front-end takes STM32F103 as the core,and uses ADS1298R to conduct the filter amplification and A/D conversion of the leading electrode signals.The host computer software is based on the MatLab platform,and uses GUI to control the serial port to receive,transform,display and store the ECG datum.The results show that the acquisition system provides the conditions for relevant scientific research and medical personnel to study the ECG signal using the powerful data analysis and processing capability of MatLab.%该文针对常规12导联心电图,提出了基于MatLab和STM32F103的心电图ECG信号采集系统.该系统由采集前端和上位机软件构成.采集前端以STM32F103为核心,利用ADS1298R进行各导联电极信号的滤波放大和A/D转换;上位机软件基于MatLab平台,利用GUI控制串口,进行心电数据的接收、转换、显示和存储.结果表明,采集系统为相关科研及医务人员利用MatLab的强大数据分析处理能力研究ECG信号提供了条件.
