APU外部件自动测试方法研究

         

摘要

In view of the traditional manual repair process which is complicated and heavy workload based on maintenance personnel has many safety problems,this paper designed the automatic detection of APU components based on LabVIEW software platform.Using OPC control technology and SCPI communication protocol to achieve the time division multiplexing of intelligent instrument and save development costs;eliminating the gross error of measurement data by improving lyite rule and then the eliminated gross error data achieve wavelet de-noising to decrease the random error and improve the measurement reliability.The automatic detection system has certain practical significance for maintenance personnel to improve the work efficiency,save repair cost and improve aviation safety.%针对机务维修人员手动为主的传统维修过程繁琐、工作量大以及存在安全隐患等问题,设计了基于LabVIEW软件平台的APU外部件自动检测系统.采用OPC控制技术和SCPI通信协议,实现对智能仪器的分时复用,节约了开发成本;并通过改进的莱以特准则,消除了测量数据的粗大误差,对除去粗大误差的数据进行小波去噪,降低随机误差,提高了测量可靠性.该自动检测系统对于提高机务维修人员的工作效率、节省维修成本、提高航空安全,具有一定的实际意义.
