基于质量流量控制器的动态配气系统设计

         

摘要

针对在气体浓度监测研究中对多组分混合标准气体的需求,设计一种基于质量流量控制器的动态配气系统.主控MCU采用STM32F103单片机,通过RS485接口与数字式质量流量控制器通信,从而严格控制各组分气体流量.经过准确设置,实现配置浓度10-8~10-2的各种标准气体.系统不受环境温度与压力变化影响,具有很好的应用价值.%It was necessary to supply multi-component mixed standard gases,In researching gas concentration monitoring system. The dynamic gas distribution system was introduced based on mass flow controller, the main controller of the system adopted the STM32F103 MCU .which communicated with the digital mass flow controller via RS485 interface, thus the flow of each kind of gases was under strict control. By accurately set,the system could configure all kinds of standard gases with concentration range from 10"8 to 10"2. The system was not affected by ambient temperature or pressure;and was valuable in practical applications.
