The coal mining production was widely used in rig,its research and development,manufacture and use are all required to test the performance indicators of it. For this,the paper researchs and developments coal mining rig comprehensive performance automatic test system using virtual instrument technology, and detail discus sioned the hardware configuration and software design of the test system, through a hundred sets of various types testing and inspection of rig,the operation results shows that the automatic test system able to meet the various performance parameters' testing requirements of the split and crawler rigs,and greatly simplifies performance testing program of rig, and improves the test efficiency.%煤矿生产中广泛使用钻机,其研发、制造和使用都需要对钻机各项性能指标进行现场测试.为此,文章应用虚拟仪器技术研究开发了煤矿钻机综合性能自动测试系统,并详细讨论了测试系统的硬件构成和软件设计方案.经过对百余台各种类型的钻机进行检测检验,运行结果表明,自动测试系统能够满足分体式和履带式钻机各种性能参数的检测要求,并大大简化了钻机性能测试程序,提高了测试效率.
