This article describes a multifunctional power monitor,and gathered all electric network parameters except harmonic parameters. The monitor embedded CDMA communication modules;sending and receiving short messages,remote transfer the collection data. For checking data device can be fixed the computer or a mobile phone,no limited with area and distance,very flexible and convenient. In order to maximize the reduction in the running costs,single monitor as host,can be connected with several monitor as subset,by RS485 bus,build a power collection network,the more monitor share a piece of CDMA communication modules.
