摘要

This article describes the Siemens S7-300 PLC in sewage treatment plants application of automatic control, The multi-processor distributed system was designed based on industrial Ethernet The details of the system network topology,hardware configuration, PLC programming and monitoring system were introduced. Considering such characteristics of dissolved oxygen in aeration process as non-linearity, time variability and uncertainty, a fuzzy adaptive PID control method was proposed, and adaptive fuzzy PID control of dissolved oxygen system was completed. The system realizes automatic control of urban sewage treatment The actual operating was stable and have good effect.%介绍了西门子公司S7-300PLC在污水处理厂自动控制中的应用,设计基于工业以太网的多处理器分布系统,详细介绍了系统网络拓扑结构,系统的硬件组态,PLC程序设计以及监控系统的设计.针对污水处理中曝气过程溶解氧控制对象的非线性、时变性以及不确定性等特点,提出一种基于模糊自适应PID的控制方法,完成了溶解氧自适应模糊PID控制系统的设计.该系统实现了城市污水处理的全自动控制,实际运行稳定,效果良好.
