一种新的光栅传感器信号相位补偿算法的设计

         

摘要

To improve the resolution of grating sensor signal and reduce the subdivision error, a new algorithm of phase detection and compensation was proposed in this paper. This algorithm mainly adopts CORDIC algorithms which is easy to the target of the hardware realization. The phase deviation is detected by the vector mode of CORDIC And the signal having phase deviation is compensated by the rotation mode of CORDIC. In the process of compensation, the sine signal of the grating sensor is regarded as the reference, and the cosine which has phase deviation is compensated. The experimental result showed that the phase deviation can be compensated effectively by this algorithm, and the final phase deviation will not exceed 2% of the initial one.%为了保证光栅传感器的分辨率的提高,减小细分算法的误差,文中提出了一种新的相位检测与补偿的处理方法.该方法主要采用易于硬件实现的CORDIC算法来实现,用CORDIC算法的向量模式来检测两路信号的相位并得到其相位偏差,再用其旋转模式对有相位偏差的信号进行补偿.补偿过程中,以正弦信号为基准,对有相位偏差的余弦信号进行补偿.仿真实验表明,该算法可使相位偏差得到有效补偿,补偿后的偏差不超过补偿前的2%.
