An online monitoring plan based on wireless sensor network was proposed to meet requirements of bench and field test for stand-alone PDE. And an online monitoring system consisting of an online monitoring unit and a handheld unit was designed, which is characterized by miniaturization, high integration, independent operation and strong portability. It meets the requirements of remote and high-speed pressure monitoring for detonation chamber, real-time data processing, storage, management and export, remote control, wireless network self-organization etc..To make scientific research more effective, the detonation characteristic parameters and statistical information are automatically calculated instead of manual calculation.%针对独立式PDE台架和外场试验在线监测需求, 提出了基于无线传感器网络的在线监测方案;设计并实现了由在线监测单元和手持单元组成的在线监测系统.该系统具有小型化, 集成度高, 独立运行, 便携性强的特点;满足爆震腔压力高速远程监测, 数据实时处理、存储、管理和导出, 远程控制, 无线自组网等监测要求;解决了现有方案无法适应独立式PDE在线监测的问题.采用在线自动计算爆震特征参数和统计信息的方式代替手工计算, 大大提高了科研效率, 具有较强的实际应用价值.
