The paper introduces the teaching requirements ofthe running and debugging projects of the process control system. It also introduces the teaching method by combining the teaching project with enterprise's real case which can solve the teaching difficulties of fault diagnosis and elimination of equipment. Combined with the enterprise work experience and practice, utilizing the trial-and-error tuning method and summarizing the practical method of system parameters tuning, the teaching difficulties of the second-order liquid level control system parameter tuning and data analysis and processing will be solved. In addition, this paper puts forward to the teaching measures by combining the curriculum teaching with the community activities of student, and also with vocational skills competitions. The combinations have achieved good teaching results through practice.%本文介绍了过程控制系统运行调试项目的教学要求，采用了教学任务与企业故障案例相融合的教学方法，解决设备故障的诊断与排除教学重点。结合企业的工作经验做法，利用经验凑试法整定方法，总结教学任务的系统参数整定的实操方法，解决了二阶液位控制系统参数整定与数据分析处理的教学难点。提出了课程教学与学生社团活动相结合，课程教学与职业技能竞赛相融合的教学措施，通过实践取得了较好的教学效果。
