本文针对水泥厂中的异步电机，采用变频技术实现异步电机的调速控制，利用PLC技术实现设备的远程智能控制，不仅降低了成本，减少了维护工作量，而且提高了控制性能，改善了异步电机的动态过程。本文论述了变频控制的设计及重要参数设计和调试，根据负载特性给出相应的控制规律，并给出PLC程序设计的说明。%In this paper, the frequency control technology and the bus technology are adopted to asynchronous motor control in cement factory and the cost and maintenance work of the cement factory is therefore reduced. The control performance and dynamic process is improved. The frequency control system design and adjustments of control parameters are also discussed in this paper. Control law of load is put forward, and the PLC program specifications of the control system are offered.
