In this paper, taking the disposal of the sunken ships and other spilled oil accident as background and aiming at assisting underwater disposal of drilling and pumping integrated equipment using the ROV, we design and implement the visualization monitoring system, which provides the visualization technology support and the third party monitoring for underwater operation, and also to improve the reliability of the underwater operation and promote its efficiency.%本文以沉船及其他溢油事故的处置为背景，针对水下机器人辅助钻孔抽油一体化设备进行水下溢油事故处置作业，设计开发了水下溢油处置可视化监控系统，为水下作业提供可视化技术支持和第三方监控，提高水下作业可靠性，提升水下作业效率。
