特高压交流工程安全稳定控制系统简介

         

摘要

In the expansion and demonstration project of Ultra High Voltage Alternating Current trial and, the newly-built SCC (Series Compensation Capacitors) is the first set put into commercial operation on the highest voltage level of power grid around the world. New main transformers and 500kV transmission lines are also added in the UHV AC NanYang Station. With the development of the project, the whole UHV AC system becomes more complicated and more power are transferred, and hence the Security&Stability Control System need to be strengthened. The old Steady-State Over-Voltage Control System, the Speedy Splitting System and the Normal Splitting System are all been modified or renovated. According to the difference of faults,-e.g., main transformer overload and transmission line overload, the brand-new Security&Stability Control System is divided in detail.%特高压交流试验示范工程扩建工程,为全球最高电压等级新增了首套串联电容补偿装置;南阳站还增加了主变、500kV线路等设备。整个特高压交流系统变得十分复杂,输送功率加大,给安全稳定控制系统提出了更高的要求。原有的稳态过电压控制系统、快速解列系统和常规解列系统的配置,本期都有所改动。根据主变过载、线路过负荷等故障类型的不同,新增的安控系统也做了细分。
