本文主要阐述了Honeywell Experion PKS系统在离子膜烧碱顺序控制中的设计应用。Experion PKS系统凭借强大的过程控制、逻辑控制和顺序控制等功能，实现了离子膜烧碱中复杂的控制过程，SCM顺控模块的成功应用不但提高二次盐水的质量，同时节省了额外购买PLC的工程费用，为公司创造了良好的经济效益。%This paper discusses the application design of Honeywell Experion PKS system for Ionic membrane caustic soda. With powerful process control, logic control and sequence control, the Experion PKS system, hasimplemented the complex process of control. The successful application of sequential control module not only improves the quality of the brine, but also saves th fees in the project, which brings a goodeconomic result for the company.
