井口原油含水率在线直测装置研发及应用

         

摘要

In view of the corrupt practice for poor reliability for manual sampling and testing methods for water content of crude oil at wellhead,heavy workload,and unable reflecting water content change trend of crude oil at wellhead in real time,on-line direct measuring device is developed for water content of crude oil at wellhead.Electromagnetic wave transmission method is used in the device,instantaneous water content signal is acquired through sensors.The real-time monitoring of water content of crude oil at wellhead is realized after the signal is comprehensively processed and transmitted with signal processing circuit.The field test indicates the device is applicable for oil wells with water content from 0~100%.The change trend of water content of crude oil at wellhead can be reflected accurately by the device with high stability and reliability.The need of fine management and data dynamic analysis of single well production in oilfield is satisfied.%针对油井井口原油含水率人工取样化验方式可靠性差、工作量大、不能实时反映井口原油含水率的变化趋势等弊端,研制出井口原油含水率在线直测装置.该装置采用电磁波透射法,通过传感器采集瞬时含水信号,经信号处理电路综合处理传输后,实现井口原油含水率的实时监测.经现场试验表明:该装置适用于含水率0~100%的油井,稳定性强,可靠性高,能够准确反映井口原油含水率的变化趋势,满足了油田单井生产精细化管理与数据动态分析的需要.
