浅析控制室腐蚀性气体的控制标准

         

摘要

环境污染物中的气态污染物是引起金属腐蚀的主因.为保证工业过程测量和控制系统的安全、可靠、良好运行,控制室环境必须得到妥善防护.设计规范对控制室内部分气态污染物浓度提出了限制要求.近年来,欧盟RoHS指令对电气和电子设备中有害成分使用的限制,给工业过程测量和控制设备的腐蚀控制带来了意想不到的挑战.新版ISA标准推荐采用更实用、定量的“反应性检测”方法,根据铜和银试片暴露在控制室环境中一定时间后的被腐蚀结果来判断所在环境腐蚀性.控制室内气态污染物对电子设备的腐蚀,需要引起设计人员关注.%Gaseous contamination in environmental containment is the main causes of metal corrosion.The control room environment should be properly protected for safe,reliable and good operation of industrial process measurement and control system.Based on the design specfications,restriction requirements are put forward on the concentration of some gaseous contamination in control room.Recent years,the limitation of harmful components used in electrical and electronic equipment by the E.U.RoHS that directly posts an unexpected challenge to industrial process measurement and corrosion control of control equipment.The new released ISA standards recommend to use more practical and quantitative reactive detection method.The corrosive environment is judged based on corrosion results of the copper and silver specimen exposed in the control room environment for a period of time.The corrosion of electronic equipments by gaseous contamination in control room should be noticed by design engineer.
