气动调节阀的工作原理及计算选型

         

摘要

为解决气动调节阀在设计选型过程中,口径计算过度依赖厂家的问题,本文介绍了气动调节阀的工作原理,推导了调节阀的选型计算公式,包括:流量系数计算过程中相关公式和判别式的选择、流量和压差的确定;调节阀口径选择中可调比与放大系数的确定、流量系数Kv值的圆整及阀开度的确定.给出了工程实际应用中测量液体、气体、蒸汽流量的计算选型方法,为调节阀的口径计算和选型提供了参考依据.%To solve the problem of depending too much on the manufacturer for the caliber calculation during design and type selection of pneumatic regulating valve,working principle of pneumatic regulating valve is introduced.The selection calculation formulas is deduced,including the selection of relevant formulas and discriminant,the determination of flow and pressure difference in flow coefficient calculation,adjustable ratio and amplification coefficient,the rounding of flow coefficient Kv and the opening of valve.The calculation selection methods for measuring liquid,gas and steam flow are provided for practical applications in project.The reference for caliber calculation and type selection for pneumatic regulating valve is provided.
