基于Taguchi正交试验的侧围外板定位布局稳健设计

         

摘要

In view of the existing problems in assembly quality of B pillar, a robust design method is pro-posed for assembly locating layout. Taking exterior side panel as object,with the coordinates of its locating blocks as design parameters and its manufacturing and assembly deviations as noise factors,Taguchi orthogonal experiment is carried out. With the assembly gaps between exterior side panel and reinforcing panel as the indicators of assembly quality,corresponding robustness evaluation functions are set up and the formula of signal to noise ratio is derived. On this basis,an assembling deviation simulation is conducted by using SDCS software and the robust design scheme is determined. The results of simulation and verification show that compared with initial locating layout, the error rates of measurement with locating layout after robust design are significantly lowered and the assembly gaps are ef-fectively reduced,solving the problem of overdue assembly deviation in B pillar and demonstrating the feasibility of the method proposed.%针对汽车B柱装配质量存在的问题,提出对B柱零件的装配定位布局进行稳健性设计的方法.以侧围外板为对象,以各定位块的坐标为设计参数,以零件制造偏差和定位偏差为噪声因素设计试验表,进行Taguchi正交试验.以侧围外板与立柱加强板的装配间隙作为衡量装配质量的指标,建立相应的稳健性评价函数并推导出信噪比计算公式.在此基础上利用3DCS软件进行装配偏差仿真,确定稳健设计方案.模拟验证结果表明,与原始定位布局相比,稳健设计后的定位布局的测量超差率显著降低,有效地减小了装配间隙,解决了B柱装配偏差太大的问题,证明了该方法的可行性.
