本文中对不同测试方法(米氏散射法与背景入射光散射法)和拍摄参数对蒸发喷雾的液相贯穿长度光学观测结果的影响进行量化分析.采用高温高压定容燃烧弹构建了模拟柴油机喷油时刻环境热氛围条件,以不同的拍摄速度与曝光时间对处于准稳态喷射阶段的蒸发喷雾液相贯穿过程进行高速摄影,并对测得的最大液相贯穿长度进行平均值与标准差统计分析.结果表明:在准稳态喷射阶段,相比于背景入射光散射法,米氏散射法测试液相贯穿长度对于拍摄速度与曝光时间的变化较为敏感.%The effects of different measurement methods (Mie-scattered photography and diffused back-illumination photography) and photographic parameters on the optical observation results of liquid penetration length of evaporating spray are quantitatively analyzed in this paper.A high-temperature,high pressure and constant volume combustion bomb is created to simulate the thermal ambient conditions for the fuel injection moment of diesel engine,the high-speed photography on the process of liquid penetration of evaporating spray in quasi-steady injection phase is carried out with different camera speeds and exposure times,and a statistical analysis on the means and standard deviations of maximum liquid penetration length measured is conducted.The results show that in quasisteady injection phase,Mie-scattered photography is more sensitive to the changes of camera speeds and exposure times than diffused back-illumination photography in measuring liquid penetration length.
