离心摆吸振器及其在大转角扭转减振器上的应用

         

摘要

This paper aims to study the principle of centrifugal pendulum vibration absorber (CPVA) and its application to the torsional vibration damper with large angular displacement. Firstly, CPVA is innovatively in-stalled on damper hub and the vibration attenuation principle of CPVA is analyzed with corresponding mathematical equations derived. Next,a test is conduced on a specialized bench to measure the torque transmitting characteristics of the clutch with large angular displacement. Then by using lump mass modeling method,a model for the torsional vibration of vehicle powertrain and the vibration-rattle coupling of transmission gears and a model for vehicle longitu-dinal movement and force analysis are established to comparatively analyze the performances of large-angle torsional damper w/wo CPVA. Finally,real vehicle tests are carried out to analyze the performance of the torsional vibration damper with large-angular displacement and to validate the effectiveness of the numerical simulation models built.%本文旨在对离心摆吸振器原理及其在大转角扭转减振器中的应用进行研究.首先,创新性地提出将离心摆安装于减振器从动盘毂上,分析了离心摆吸振器的减振原理,并推导了相应的数学方程;然后,在专用台架上进行试验,测得新型大转角离合器转矩传递特性;接着,利用集中质量建模方法,建立车辆动力传动系统扭转振动与变速器齿轮敲击的振敲耦合模型和整车纵向运动与受力分析模型,对比分析带与不带离心摆吸振器的大转角减振器性能.最后,利用实车试验分析大转角扭转减振器性能和验证数值仿真模型的有效性.
