选取比亚迪S6车型后备箱门内板件为研究对象,以基于成形极限图的判定依据作为优化目标函数;通过田口试验设计选定的充液成形中的显著工艺参数为优化变量,采用中心复合试验设计构建响应面模型,运用改进型遗传算法对模型寻优,获得汽车覆盖件冲液成形最优的工艺参数. 最后,按照优化的工艺参数进行数字模拟,并利用充液成形 局部冲压复合工艺,成功制成后备箱门内板件,验证了该优化流程的正确性.%Taking the inner panel of luggage boot door in BYD S6 SUV as the object of study, with the FLD-based evaluation criteria as objective functions and the most influential process parameters of hydroforming se-lected by Taguchi design of experiments as variables, and by using improved genetic algorithm, an optimization is conducted on the response surface model constructed with central composite design of experiments to get the optimal process parameters of hydroforming for vehicle closure panels. Finally a numerical simulation is performed based on the process parameters optimized and the inner panel of luggage boot door is produced successfully by using com-pound technology of hydroforming and local stamping, verifying the correctness of the optimization procedure a-dopted.
