混合动力轿车动力线缆对整车电磁辐射干扰的仿真与试验研究

         

摘要

By analyzing the electromagnetic coupling path of power cable in hybrid electric cars, the elec-tromagnetic simulation models for car body and power cable are established respectively. Then the calculation model for the electromagnetic radiation intensity of power cable is derived and the electromagnetic radiation characteristics of power cable are simulated. The results show that the length of power cable can change its frequency spectral dis-tribution of electromagnetic radiation, but only has a little effect on radiant intensity. The effects of terminal resist-ance and the distance between cable and car body are obvious. With the increases in terminal resistance and the distance to earth point, the radiation of power cable will become more intense. Finally the test on real car verifies the good effects of power cable shielding.%通过分析混合动力轿车内动力线缆的电磁耦合路径,分别建立整车车身和动力线缆的电磁仿真模型,采用“场路”耦合方法推导出线缆电磁辐射强度的计算模型,进而进行动力线缆电磁辐射特性的仿真。结果表明,动力线缆长度的变化会改变其电磁辐射频谱分布,对辐射强度影响很小;端接电阻和线缆离地距离对线缆的辐射强度影响明显,电阻越大、离地距离越大,则动力线缆辐射越强;最后通过实车测试证实,动力线缆的屏蔽对降低其电磁辐射强度有良好效果。
