汽车车身激光拼焊板国内外研究进展

         

摘要

Tailor welded blank ( TWB) is one of the important approaches of vehicle body lightweighting and its formability is the key to its applications to vehicle body. In this paper, a state-of-the-art review is presented on the recent researches of TWB. The research achievements of TWB are summarized from four aspects of forming limit, deformation behavior and its prediction methods, affecting factors and design techniques. The problems re-mained and the direction of further researches are also pointed out in the end.%汽车车身激光拼焊板是车身轻量化的重要途径之一,而其成形性能是它在车身上应用的关键。本文中对国内外激光拼焊板的最新研究成果进行回顾与分析,从成形极限、变形行为与预测方法、拼焊板成形影响因素和拼焊板设计技术4个方面对拼焊板的研究成果进行了综述,并指出存在的问题和进一步深入研究的方向。
