将Phase 110柴油机改造为高压缩比火花点燃式甲醇发动机样机,进行台架试验,研究EGR阀开度、点火提前角和混合气浓度等参数对发动机油耗的影响规律。经优化后与原机进行性能对比试验,结果表明:高压缩比甲醇发动机的动力性超过原柴油机,在高速工况,热效率高于原柴油机。%A high compression ratio spark-ignition methanol engine is refitted from a Phase 110 diesel en-gine and a bench test is conducted on it to study the influence law of the opening of EGR valve, ignition advance an-gle and mixture concentration on the fuel consumption of engine. Then after optimization its performance is com-pared with original diesel engine by test. The result show that compared with original diesel engine, the power per-formance of high compression ratio methanol engine is by and large better with a higher thermal efficiency at high speed.
