基于ADAMS的非平直路面模型的重构与验证

         

摘要

A reconstruction method for 3D virtual road model is proposed based on virtual prototyping software ADAMS and a road model generation program is developed by using MATLAB language. According to the collected elevation data of real road roughness, considering the road features of bend, ramp and the slope angle in cross section, and combined with the characteristics of road files in ADAMS, a 3 D equivalent-volume road model of non-straight road is set up, truly reconstructing 3D virtual road. The comparison of statistical properties of virtual road cross section data with real road spectra verifies the correctness of road model and the feasibility of the reconstruction method of virtual road model.%提出了一种基于虚拟样机软件ADAMS的三维虚拟道路模型的重构方法,应用MATLAB语言编制了道路模型生成程序.根据采集的实际道路不平度的高程数据,考虑道路的弯曲、坡度和横断面倾角等特性,并结合ADAMS软件中路面文件的特点,建立了非平直道路的三维等效容积路面模型,真实再现了三维虚拟道路.虚拟道路断面数据的统计特性与实际道路谱的对比分析,验证了道路模型的正确性和虚拟道路模型重构方法的可行性.
