The analysis of the random vibration and fatigue damage for vehicle equipment is carried out. The electronic equipment failure mechanism is analyzed and the service life of it is predicted using frequency-domain analysis method. The effectiveness of this method is demonstrated by electronics damage problems in a vibration test. The optimization design flow of electronic devices is established, which could provide a reference for realizing the electronic optimization design and reducing development costs in engineering.%本文对车载电子设备进行了随机振动和疲劳损伤分析,采用频域方法分析了电子设备故障机理并对其使用寿命进行了预估。结合某车载电子产品振动试验及出现的问题,很好地验证了本文方法的有效性。建立了电子设备振动疲劳特性设计优化流程,为实现电子设备优化设计,降低研制成本提供了参考。
