The effect of different concentrations of Paclobutrazol on growth and yield of barley (Paul barley No.8)was conducted.The results showed that barley plant height,lodging percentages,and thousand grain weight reduced under 15%Paclobutrazolwettable pow-der spraying,while the productive panicle and yield increased.One thousand times of Paclobutrazol decreased the height of barley sig-nificantly(P<0.05),and five hundred times of which reduced barley lodging percentage and while increased the yield significantly (P<0.05).%以保大麦8号为试验材料，研究喷施不同浓度多效唑对大麦生长和产量的影响。结果表明，通过喷施15％多效唑可湿性粉剂，大麦株高、倒伏率、千粒质量降低，有效穗、产量增加。其中，喷施多效唑1000倍液对降低大麦株高效果最佳（P＜0.05）；喷施多效唑500倍液对降低大麦倒伏率、增加产量效果显著（P＜0．05）。
