The fault of double row angle contact ball bearings with double inner ring for a certain type of engine is analyzed, and the improvement measures are put forward. The simulation analysis is carried out for bearings before and after improvement based on Romax, the contact stress and calculated life of improved bearings are superior to those of bearings before improvement. The usage requirements of main engine are met.%对某型发动机双内圈双列角接触球轴承进行故障分析,提出了改进措施.基于Romax对改进前后的轴承进行仿真分析,改进后轴承接触应力、计算寿命均优于改进前,满足主机使用要求.
