新型箔片动压气体轴承气膜承载力研究

         

摘要

以箔片动压气体轴承为研究对象,针对箔片的结构特点进行轴承结构设计与改进.考虑气体可压缩性对轴承动力学特性的影响,利用FLUENT软件模拟轴承内气膜的二维、三维流场分布,分析轴承气膜的承载力变化情况.以刚性气体圆轴承为比较对象,改变箔片的结构参数,获得不同结构的箔片动压气体轴承的承载特性变化规律.结果 表明:波宽相同的情况下,全波箔片轴承与上波箔片轴承的承载力随波高的增大而下降,下波箔片轴承的承载力随波高的增大而增大直至平缓,且远大于其他类型的箔片轴承.%Taking the foil gas dynamic bearings as research objects, the structural design and improvement of the bearings are carried out according to structural characteristics of foil. Considering influence of compressibility of gas on dynamic characteristics of the bearings, the Fluent is used to simulate distributions of two and three dimensional flow field of gas film inside the bearings, and the variation of load capacity of gas film is analyzed. Taking the rigid gas bearing as comparable objects, the structural parameters of foil are changed to obtain change rule for load characteristics of foil gas dynamic bearings with different structures. The results show that under same foil width, the load capacity of full foil bearings and upper foil bearings decreases with the increase of foil height. The load capacity of lower foil bearings increases until smooth with the increase of foil height, and which is far more than that of other types of foil bearings.
