角接触球轴承锁口高度工艺分析

         

摘要

建立角接触球轴承套圈磨削模型,对影响内圈锁口高度的沟道磨削和斜坡磨削工序进行分析,结果表明:锁口高度的形成与沟道磨削参数和斜坡磨削参数密切相关,沟道磨削工序中的砂轮轴向进给量、径向进给量、沟曲率半径以及斜坡角都会对锁口高度产生影响;斜坡磨削工序中的砂轮径向进给量和斜坡角会对锁口高度的变化产生影响.%A model is established for grinding of rings for angular contact ball bearings,the grinding process is analyzed for raceway and slope affecting counterbore height of inner rings.The results show that the formation of counterbore height is closely related to grinding parameters for raceway and slope.The axial feed rate and radial feed rate of grinding wheel,groove radius of curvature and slope angle have an effect on counterbore height during grinding of raceway.The radial feed rate of grinding wheel and slope angle has an influence on variation of counterbore height during grinding of slope.
