Aiming at time-consumption,high cost and little amount of data of life test for self-lubricating spherical plain bearings,a method for sample expansion is proposed according to variation rule of wear amount for the bearings during test.The life of the bearings is assessed equivalently by using analysis results of expanded data.The results show that the evaluation method features simple operation,the results are consistent with actual application situation.%针对自润滑关节轴承寿命试验耗时长、费用高、数据量少的现状,根据试验过程中轴承磨损量的变化规律,提出了一种样本扩充的方法,并利用扩充后数据的分析结果等效评估轴承寿命.结果表明,该评价方法操作简便,所得结果与实际应用情况一致.
