为研究故障状态下双列圆锥滚子轴承的动力学行为,通过三维建模软件实现轴承几何外形,在考虑单侧内圈剥离故障的情况下将几何模型导入多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,充分考虑各部件间的接触、激励、约束和载荷等条件进行动力学仿真.仿真结果与理论值的对比验证了该模型的有效性,通过分析轴承的动力学行为得出:内圈故障侧滚子经过故障时转速急剧下降,产生打滑现象;故障侧保持架也受到滚子冲击的影响,稳定性大大降低.%In order to study dynamical behavior of double row tapered roller bearings under fault state,the geometric shape of the bearings is realized by 3D modeling software.The geometric model is imported into ADAMS under consideration of flaking fault on one side of inner ring.Then the contact,excitation,constraint and load among each component are considered adequately to carry out dynamic simulation.The simulation results are compared with theoretical values to verify effectiveness of the model.By analyzing dynamical behavior of the bearings,the results show that the rotational speed decreases rapidly when roller on fault side of inner ring through fault and occurs slip.The stability of cage on fault side is reduced greatly because of impact of roller.
