根据离心鼓风机电动机的实际工况,建立永磁悬浮轴承磁环解析模型,对磁环结构进行设计及优化,同时对其运行特性进行分析,通过加载试验对其承载力进行验证.结果表明:利用分子电流法所计算得到的永磁环承载力与实际测量值之间的误差略大于工程应用要求.对承载力的理论公式进行修正,得到的修正公式为以后磁轴承的设计提供方便.%According to the actual working condition of centrifugal blower motor,the analytical model of circular is established,the circular structure is design and optimized.The appropriate permanent magnetic bearing is got,and the running characteristics is analyzed.The bearing capacity is validated by loading test.The results show that the error between the permanent magnet ring beating capacity calculated by using the method of molecular and the actual measured value is slightly larger than the engineering application requirements,the theoretical formula of bearing capacity should be modified.The correction formula is convenient for the design of magnetic bearing in future.
