基于ABAQUS的汽车轮毂轴承套圈早期裂纹动力学分析

         

摘要

The multi-body dynamics contact finite element model for the automobile hub bearing rings with surface crack is established based on ABAQUS/Explicit,and the dynamics simulation is carried out.The change of stress and vibration acceleration of normal bearings is analyzed,and the change of stress and vibration acceleration is also analyzed for bearings with cracked ring under different loads.The results show that the contact stress of bearings with cracked ring is larger than that of normal bearings,and under the action of large load,the stress of the unit at the crack is irre-versible plastic deformation after exceeding the yield stress.At 10 kN load,the vibration acceleration is largely unaffect-ed,with the increase of load,the vibration acceleration fluctuation range also increases.Under the action of load of 270 kN,the vibration acceleration is 4 to 6 times larger than the normal bearing because of the crack.%基于ABAQUS/Explicit建立含表面裂纹的汽车轮毂轴承多体动力接触有限元模型,进行动力学仿真,分析正常轴承的应力及振动加速度的变化,并与不同载荷作用下含裂纹轴承的应力及振动加速度的变化进行对比.结果表明:含裂纹轴承裂纹处接触应力比正常轴承大,在较大载荷作用下,裂纹处单元应力在超越屈服应力之后出现不可恢复的塑性变形;在10 kN载荷时,振动加速度基本上不受裂纹影响,随载荷增大,振动加速度波动范围随之增大,在270 kN载荷作用下,裂纹轴承振动加速度比正常轴承大4~6倍.
