航空发动机轴承滑蹭损伤形貌分析

         

摘要

The skidding damage is one of the key factors influencing service life of high speed rolling bearings.By observing macro and micro morphology and using contour analysis method,the morphology of skidding damage is comparatively analyzed between bearings with and without skidding damage after service of aeroengine.The results show that the rollers of bearings with skidding damage are covered with colored band on the circumference,the inner rings have dense spalling pits,and there is burn layer on surface of skidding damage,the profile of inner rings seem to be more serious than that of bearings without skidding damage.%针对影响高速滚动轴承服役寿命关键因素之一的打滑蹭伤问题,通过观察宏观、微观形貌及轮廓分析等方法,对航空发动机服役后蹭伤轴承与未蹭伤轴承进行滑蹭损伤的形貌对比分析.结果表明:蹭伤轴承滚子覆着整周的色带,内圈呈现密布的剥落坑,且蹭伤表面存在烧伤层,内圈轮廓较未蹭伤轴承磨损更为严重.
