通过对某航空发动机主轴轴承进行断油试验,描述了轴承的温升趋势,基于试验结果,从轴承摩擦功耗的角度定性分析了轴承温度变化的机理,并进行了验证.结果表明:试验轴承具有良好的抗断油能力;轴承温度先降低后升高,其主因在于润滑油黏性摩擦力对轴承功耗的贡献比较大.%The oil-interruption test for an aero engine main shaft bearing is carried out to describe temperature rise trend of bearing.The mechanism of temperature variation of bearing is qualitatively analyzed from a perspective of frictional power loss of bearing based on test results,and the verification is conducted.The results show that the test bearing has good anti oil-interruption ability.The temperature of bearing reduces firsdy and rises subsequently,the main reason is that viscous friction of lubricating grease has great contribution to power loss of bearing.
