基于ABAQUS的关节轴承冷挤压仿真参数优化

         

摘要

The theoretical value is used in setting of simulation parameters for cold extrusion of self-lubricating plain bearings,there is a big error between simulation result and experiment.The ABAQUS is used to simulate cold extrusion process for self-lubricating plain bearings,and the profile of outer rings of bearings and osculation in experimental resuits are measured by using industrial CT.The profile of outer rings is extracted for simulation comparison,and the setting of liner parameters,elastic modulus and friction coefficient in extrusion simulation is corrected to help realize precision extrusion simulation of spherical plain bearings.%针对目前自润滑关节轴承冷挤压仿真中参数的设置采用理论值,仿真结果与试验存在较大误差的问题,采用ABAQUS软件对自润滑关节轴承冷挤压过程进行仿真,通过工业CT对试验结果中轴承外圈轮廓和密合度进行测量,提取外圈轮廓用于仿真对比,并修正挤压仿真中衬垫参数、弹性模量、摩擦因数的设置,有助于实现关节轴承的精密挤压仿真.
