非对称接触角对四点接触球转盘轴承静动承载能力的影响

         

摘要

基于Hertz接触理论和滚动轴承设计方法建立非对称接触角双排四点接触轴承的计算模型,并通过数值计算法精确获得不同非对称接触角下轴承的载荷分布和静动承载能力曲线.结果表明:随接触角增大,轴承的最大接触载荷先减小后增大,在接触角为45°时轴承的最大接触载荷最小;非对称接触角对轴承的静动承载能力有显著影响,在轴承正常工作区域,随着非对称接触角α01增大,轴承的静承载能力下降,轴承动承载能力先增大后减小;以轴承静承载能力为选型指标可取非对称接触角α01=35°,α02=55°,以轴承动承载能力为选型指标可取对称接触角α01 =α02 =45°.%The calculation model of double row four point contact bearings with asymmetric contact angle is established based on Hertz contact theory and rolling bearing design method,then the load distribution,static and dynamic load capacity curves of the bearings with different asymmetric contact angles are obtained accurately by using numerical calculation method.The results show that the maximum contact load of the bearings decreases first and then increases with the increase of contact angle,the maximum contact load of the bearings is minimum when the contact angle is 45°;the asymmetric contact angle has a obvious effect on static and dynamic load capacity of the bearings,in the normal working area of the bearings,the static load capacity of the bearings decreases,and the dynamic load capacity of the bearings increases first and then decreases with the increase of asymmetric contact angle α01;taking the static load capacity as selection index,the asymmetric contact angle of α01 =35°,α02 =55° is suitable,taking the dynamic load capacity as selection index,the symmetrical contact angle of α01 =α02 =45° is suitable.
