基于摆动辗压弹塑性成形理论,采用DEFORM软件建立汽车轮毂轴承铆合工艺的有限元模型,对轮毂轴承的铆合过程、变形特征及应力应变进行了系统分析,对铆合过程特征区域及特征点的变化规律进行了研究,并对仿真模型进行了试验验证。%Based on swing rolling elastic-plastic forming theory,the finite element model for riveting process of auto-mobile hub bearing is built by using DEFORM software.The riveting process,deformation characteristic,stress and strain of hub bearing are systemically analyzed,and the variation rule of feature points and feature region for riveting process are researched.The simulation model is verified by experiment,the research results provide reference for rive-ting process control of automobile hub bearing.
