FeS/铜基复合材料摩擦磨损性能研究

         

摘要

The FeS /copper matrix composite is prepared by powder metallurgy method,and the friction and wear prop-erties of the composite are tested by using tribometer M-200 under the conditions of dry friction and oil boundary fric-tion.The results indicate that the composite has a good anti -friction effect under two operating conditions,the friction coefficient of friction pair is becoming lower with the increase of content of FeS.When content of FeS is high,the lubri-cating oil and FeS transfer film work together to form a liquid - solid lubricating film,and it shows a good effect of boundary lubrication under the condition of oil boundary friction.%通过粉末冶金方法制备含 FeS 的铜基复合材料,采用 M-200型摩擦磨损试验机,分别在干摩擦和浸油干摩擦条件下对其摩擦磨损性能进行检测。结果表明:FeS /铜基复合材料在2种工况条件下均具有一定的减摩效果,并且随着 FeS 含量的增多,摩擦副摩擦因数越来越小;在浸油干摩擦条件下,当 FeS 含量较高时,润滑油与 FeS 转移膜共同作用形成液-固润滑膜,边界润滑效果较好。
