An assessment method for deterioration degree is presented based on the combination of gSE and amplitude spectrum for evaluating deterioration degree of bearings. The gSE of bearings is extracted by using gSE method based on energy operator, and the amplitude spectrum is got by FFT. The assessment process for deterioration degree is established by analyzing trend of gSE and distribution of amplitude spectrum of bearings in different failure stages. The field data proves that this method is able to effectively assessing degradation degree of bearings and reasonably direct enterprise to arrange production and maintenance.%为有效评估轴承的劣化程度,提出一种基于振动尖峰能量和振动频谱分析相结合的劣化程度评估方法.利用基于能量算子的尖峰能量法提取运行轴承的振动尖峰能量,利用Fourier变换得到振动频谱,结合轴承不同失效阶段尖峰能量特征和频谱分布变化趋势建立劣化程度评估流程.现场实测振动数据分析证明,此方法可以更加准确地评估出轴承的劣化程度,指导企业合理安排设备的生产及制定维修计划.
