Based on the heat treatment process test for newly developed high carbon alloy steel and the various tests for its mechanical properties, the performance for common types of bearing steel is contrasted, and the feasibility of new steel instead of carburized bearing steel is searched in the harsh environment, in order to prolong the service life of the bearing, reduce process cost and consumption of bearing.%通过对新研发的高碳合金钢的热处理工艺试验以及其力学性能的各项测试,并对比常用各类轴承钢的性能,探索在工况环境很恶劣的条件下,新钢种替代渗碳轴承钢的可行性,以达到延长轴承使用寿命、降低工艺成本及轴承消耗的目的.
