The bearing industry of Jiangsu province is faced to the environment of adjustment of product structure,improve product level,and enhance the ability during China's 12th five - year plan. The transition and upgrading is the urgent problem to be considered. The strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and challenges are analyzed based on SWOT a-nalysis.
