摘要

The limiting speed and thermal speed rating of rolling bearings are determined under certain assumed conditions, which are related to bearing type, design, size, load, accuracy, internal clearance, lubrication, cooling condition, cage structure, and so on.The definition from main famous bearing companies on the world for limiting speed and thermal speed rating is introduced comparatively, and the calculating methods and modified calculating formulas are given, which are taken as reference for selection of limiting speed and thermal speed rating in practice.%滚动轴承的极限转速与额定热转速是在一定的假设条件下确定的,与轴承类型、结构、尺寸、载荷、精度、游隙、润滑剂种类和润滑方式、冷却条件及保持架结构等诸多因素有关.对比介绍了世界几个主要轴承公司对此的定义,并给出了其计算方法和修正计算公式,为实际应用中极限转速与额定热转速的选择提供参考.
